اثربخشی طرحوارهدرمانی بر شفقت به خود و توانمندی اجتماعی در افراد مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی طرحوارهدرمانی بر شفقت به خود و توانمندی اجتماعی در افراد مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون–پسآزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی شهر تهران در سال 1405 بود. از میان افراد واجد شرایط، 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، هر گروه 15 نفر، جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش طی هشت جلسه تحت مداخله گروهی طرحوارهدرمانی قرار گرفت، در حالی که گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها شامل فرم کوتاه مقیاس شفقت به خود ریس و همکاران و پرسشنامه توانمندسازی اجتماعی فلنر، لیس و فیلیپس بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 26 و تحلیل کوواریانس و مقایسههای زوجی با اصلاح بونفرونی تحلیل شدند. پس از کنترل اثر نمرات پیشآزمون، اثر گروه بر شفقت به خود معنادار بود (F=43.45، P<0.001، η²=0.616). همچنین، اثر گروه بر توانمندی اجتماعی نیز از نظر آماری معنادار به دست آمد (F=35.58، P<0.001، η²=0.568). نتایج مقایسههای زوجی بونفرونی نشان داد که میانگین تعدیلشده شفقت به خود در گروه آزمایش بهطور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (78.31 در برابر 61.23؛ تفاوت میانگین=17.08، P<0.001). همچنین، میانگین تعدیلشده توانمندی اجتماعی در گروه آزمایش بهطور معناداری بالاتر از گروه کنترل به دست آمد (118.94 در برابر 99.79؛ تفاوت میانگین=19.15، P<0.001). یافتهها نشان داد که طرحوارهدرمانی میتواند از طریق اصلاح طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه، کاهش خودانتقادی و باورهای منفی درباره خود و ایجاد الگوهای شناختی، هیجانی و بینفردی سازگارانهتر، شفقت به خود و توانمندی اجتماعی افراد مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی را بهطور معناداری افزایش دهد؛ بنابراین، این رویکرد میتواند بهعنوان یک مداخله روانشناختی مؤثر در برنامههای درمانی این گروه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
