ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه تفکر آیندهنگر منفی

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی، ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه تفکر آیندهنگر منفی و بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی آن در جامعه ایرانی بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد روانسنجی انجام شد. گویههای اولیه بر اساس مبانی نظری و مرور منابع مرتبط تدوین و نسخه مقدماتی پرسشنامه با 29 گویه تهیه شد. روایی محتوایی ابزار با بهرهگیری از دیدگاه هشت متخصص روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی و محاسبه نسبت روایی محتوا بررسی گردید. برای شناسایی ساختار زیربنایی پرسشنامه، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با روش تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی و چرخش واریماکس اجرا شد. سپس، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول و دوم برای ارزیابی ساختار اندازهگیری و ارتباط مؤلفهها با سازه کلی تفکر آیندهنگر منفی به کار رفت. روایی همگرا از طریق بررسی همبستگی نمرات پرسشنامه با مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی جرابک ارزیابی شد. همچنین، همسانی درونی مؤلفهها و کل پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید. میانگین نسبت روایی محتوا برابر با 0.88 بود. شاخص کفایت نمونهگیری برابر با 0.94 به دست آمد و آزمون کرویت بارتلت معنادار بود (χ²=17913.50، df=406، p<0.001). تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی سه عامل «عدم انطباق با آینده فرضی»، «پیشبینی موقعیت آینده» و «بیاهمیتی آینده» را استخراج کرد که در مجموع 66.01 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین کردند. مدلهای تأییدی مرتبه اول و دوم از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بودند؛ بهترتیب، شاخصهای برازش شامل RMSEA=0.059، CFI=0.93 و 0.93، IFI=0.92 و 0.93، و GFI=0.91 و 0.92 بود. همبستگی مؤلفهها و نمره کل با اضطراب اجتماعی مثبت و معنادار بود (r=0.46 تا 0.67، p<0.01). ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ مؤلفهها بین 0.77 تا 0.88 و برای کل پرسشنامه 0.89 به دست آمد. پرسشنامه 29 گویهای تفکر آیندهنگر منفی از ساختار سهعاملی، روایی مناسب و همسانی درونی مطلوب برخوردار است و میتواند برای سنجش این سازه در پژوهشهای روانشناختی و برنامههای ارزیابی و مداخلهای در جامعه ایرانی به کار رود.
