پیشبینی اضطراب اجتماعی بر اساس سبکهای فرزندپروری و کیفیت ارتباط با همسالان با توجه به نقش واسطهای اختلال دلبستگی در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه اول شهر شیراز

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی اضطراب اجتماعی بر اساس سبکهای فرزندپروری و کیفیت ارتباط با همسالان، با در نظر گرفتن نقش واسطهای اختلال دلبستگی در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه اول شهر شیراز انجام شد. این پژوهش کاربردی با طرح توصیفی-همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه اول شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۴–۱۴۰۵ بود که از میان آنان ۲۵۰ نفر با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند و دادههای معتبر ۲۴۷ نفر تحلیل شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی جرابک، مقیاس ادراک از ارتباط با همسالان چو و چانگ، پرسشنامه اختلال دلبستگی راندولف و پرسشنامه سبکهای فرزندپروری بامریند بود. دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل مسیر و آزمون بوتاسترپ در نرمافزارهای SPSS-27 و AMOS تحلیل شدند. ارتباط با همسالان با اضطراب اجتماعی و اختلال دلبستگی رابطه منفی معنادار داشت، در حالی که سبکهای فرزندپروری سهلگیر و استبدادی با هر دو متغیر رابطه مثبت معنادار نشان دادند. سبک اقتدار منطقی با اضطراب اجتماعی و اختلال دلبستگی رابطه منفی معنادار داشت و اختلال دلبستگی نیز با اضطراب اجتماعی رابطه مثبت معناداری نشان داد. مدل ساختاری از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (CMIN/DF=1.74، RMSEA=0.05، CFI=0.99، GFI=0.98). اختلال دلبستگی اثر مثبت معناداری بر اضطراب اجتماعی داشت (β=0.52، p<0.001). همچنین، اثرات غیرمستقیم سبک استبدادی (β=0.07، p=0.04)، سبک سهلگیر (β=0.09، p=0.01)، سبک اقتدار منطقی (β=-0.08، p=0.003) و کیفیت ارتباط با همسالان (β=-0.35، p<0.001) بر اضطراب اجتماعی از طریق اختلال دلبستگی معنادار بود. اختلال دلبستگی سازوکاری واسطهای در انتقال اثر سبکهای فرزندپروری و کیفیت ارتباط با همسالان به اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان است؛ بنابراین، بهبود پیوندهای دلبستگی، تقویت فرزندپروری اقتدار منطقی و ارتقای روابط حمایتی با همسالان میتواند در پیشگیری و کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی مؤثر باشد.
