تدوین مدل ساختاری بهزیستی مدرسه بر اساس خوشبینی تحصیلی با نقش واسطهای اشتیاق تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه دوم شهر فیروزآباد

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و آزمون مدل ساختاری بهزیستی مدرسه بر اساس خوشبینی تحصیلی با نقش واسطهای اشتیاق تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه دوم شهر فیروزآباد انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی–همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل 2014 دانشآموز دوره متوسطه دوم شهر فیروزآباد در سال تحصیلی 2025–2026 بود که از میان آنان 320 دانشآموز با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه بهزیستی مدرسه کونو و همکاران، پرسشنامه خوشبینی تحصیلی اسچننموران و همکاران و مقیاس اشتیاق تحصیلی فردریکز و همکاران گردآوری شدند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزارهای SPSS نسخه 26 و AMOS انجام گرفت. همبستگی اشتیاق تحصیلی با بهزیستی مدرسه، خوشبینی تحصیلی با بهزیستی مدرسه و خوشبینی تحصیلی با اشتیاق تحصیلی مثبت و معنادار بود (01/0>P). شاخصهای برازش مدل، شامل 48/2=χ²/df، 965/0=CFI، 944/0=GFI، 909/0=AGFI و 068/0=RMSEA، برازش قابل قبول مدل ساختاری را تأیید کردند. اشتیاق تحصیلی اثر مستقیم و معناداری بر بهزیستی مدرسه داشت (β=0.341، T=5.52، P<0.001). همچنین، خوشبینی تحصیلی بهطور مستقیم و معنادار اشتیاق تحصیلی را پیشبینی کرد (β=0.288، T=4.04، P<0.001). اثر غیرمستقیم خوشبینی تحصیلی بر بهزیستی مدرسه از طریق اشتیاق تحصیلی نیز مثبت و معنادار بود (β=0.098، T=3.26، P=0.001). خوشبینی تحصیلی میتواند با تقویت اشتیاق رفتاری، عاطفی و شناختی دانشآموزان، بهزیستی آنان را در محیط مدرسه ارتقا دهد؛ بنابراین، طراحی برنامههای مدرسهمحور برای افزایش اعتماد به معلمان، تأکید تحصیلی، احساس تعلق به مدرسه و مشارکت فعال دانشآموزان میتواند در بهبود بهزیستی مدرسه مؤثر باشد.
