تأثیر آموزش گروهی ذهن‌آگاهی بر تنظیم‌شناختی هیجان در دانشجویان دارای اضطراب امتحان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش گروهی ذهن‌آگاهی بر مؤلفه‌های تنظیم‌شناختی هیجان در دانشجویان دارای اضطراب امتحان بود. این پژوهش با طرح نیمه‌آزمایشی پیش‌آزمون–پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. از میان دانشجویان دارای اضطراب امتحان، 35 نفر انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند؛ پس از ریزش، داده‌های 24 نفر تحلیل شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تنظیم‌شناختی هیجان و پرسشنامه اضطراب امتحان بود. گروه آزمایش طی 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای، آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون کوواریانس چندمتغیری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی موجب کاهش معنادار سرزنش خود، نشخوار فکری و فاجعه‌سازی و افزایش معنادار پذیرش و دیدگاه‌گیری شد. در مقابل، تفاوت معناداری در سرزنش دیگران، تمرکز مجدد مثبت، برنامه‌ریزی و ارزیابی مجدد مثبت مشاهده نشد. بیشترین اندازه اثر مربوط به سرزنش خود بود. آموزش گروهی ذهن‌آگاهی می‌تواند برخی مؤلفه‌های مهم تنظیم‌شناختی هیجان را در دانشجویان دارای اضطراب امتحان بهبود بخشد، هرچند تأثیر آن بر همه مؤلفه‌های شناختی یکسان نیست و بیشتر بر راهبردهای مبتنی بر پذیرش و کاهش پردازش منفی اثرگذار است.
