اثربخشی شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر هیجانات مثبت و منفی، کیفیت خواب و نشخوار فکری زنان مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی میزان اثربخشی شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر هیجانات مثبت و منفی، کیفیت خواب و نشخوار فکری در زنان مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر بود. پژوهش حاضر نیمهتجربی و از نوع کاربردی بود که با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر مراجعهکننده به مراکز درمانی شهرستان نوشهر از اسفند 1402 تا تیر 1403 (تعداد 147 نفر) بود. از میان آنان، 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه عاطفه مثبت و منفی واتسون و همکاران (1988)، پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ (بویس و همکاران، 1989) و پرسشنامه نشخوار فکری نولن هوکسما و مارو (1991) بود. گروه آزمایش طی هشت جلسه 90 دقیقهای شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی (بر اساس پروتکل کرین، 2009) را دریافت کرد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (MANCOVA) در نرمافزار SPSS-27 تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل در متغیرهای هیجانات مثبت، هیجانات منفی، کیفیت خواب و نشخوار فکری تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (p<0.001). میانگین تعدیلشده هیجانات مثبت در گروه آزمایش بهطور معناداری افزایش یافت، در حالی که هیجانات منفی، نشخوار فکری و نمرات اختلال در کیفیت خواب کاهش یافتند. اندازه اثر برای اثر پیلای 0.868 گزارش شد که بیانگر قدرت بالای تأثیر مداخله است. شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی توانست هیجانات مثبت را افزایش داده و هیجانات منفی، نشخوار فکری و مشکلات خواب را در زنان مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر کاهش دهد. بر این اساس، میتوان از این مداخله بهعنوان رویکردی مکمل در مدیریت جنبههای روانشناختی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر بهره گرفت.
