تحلیل تماتیک الگوی یادگیری حرفهای معلمان مدارس متوسطه استان کردستان

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر تحلیل تماتیک الگوی یادگیری حرفهای معلمان مدارس متوسطه استان کردستان بود. این پژوهش براساس هدف، از نوع کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع متوسطه اول شهر سنندج بودند که به روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی، تعداد 38 نفر از آنان انتخاب گردیدند. جهت گردآوری دادهها نیز از مصاحبه عمیق به شکل نیمهسازمانیافته استفاده شد. برای تحلیل یافتهها نیز از روش تحلیل تماتیک استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که یادگیری حرفهای معلمان شامل ابعاد درونداد (بهرهبردن از تخصص اولیا، جذب دانشآموزان مستعد و باانگیزه، جذب معلمهای توانمند و آموزش دیگر معلمها توسط آنان و تهیه سختافزار و نرمافزارهای نوین آموزشی)، فرایند (آموزش اثربخش، تأکید بر یادگیری عمیق و مطلوب، برگزاری کارگاههای آموزشی و سمینارهای کشوری، تعامل سازنده حوزه ستاد، عوامل اجرایی، معلم، اولیا و دانشآموز، فعالیت مؤثر گروههای آموزشی و همافزایی معلمان از یکدیگر) و دستاورد (پیشرفت تحصیلی مطلوب، کسب رتبههای برتر در جشنوارههای معتبر (دانشآموزان و معلمان)، فعالیت مؤثر در حوزههای پژوهشی (معلمها) و چاپ و انتشار آثار علمی (دانشآموز و معلم) است که تحت تأثیر این عوامل قرار میگیرد. همچنین مدل نهایی پژوهش نیز به عوامل زمینهای، عوامل علّی، عوامل مداخلهگر، راهبردها و پیامدها اشاره کرد.
