This qualitative study adopted a descriptive–exploratory design. Participants were purposively selected physical education instructors and educational experts. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Thematic analysis was conducted using MAXQDA software, resulting in the extraction of basic, organizing, and global themes. The results indicated that technology-based effective classroom management is a multidimensional construct encompassing blended and online learning, technological infrastructure and tools, technology-mediated teacher–student interaction, electronic assessment and feedback, facilitation of active student participation, time management and classroom organization, learning analytics, and ethical and security considerations. The interaction of these dimensions contributes to improved instructional quality, enhanced student engagement, and more effective management of practical physical education classes. Effective classroom management in technology-enhanced physical education requires a holistic framework that integrates digital tools with pedagogical competencies, interactive processes, and ethical principles to achieve sustainable educational effectiveness.</p> <p class="a" dir="RTL"><span lang="AR-SA">هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مدیریت کلاس اثر‌بخش مبتنی بر رویکردهای فناورانه در آموزش تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه واسط است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و از نوع توصیفی</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">–</span><span lang="AR-SA">اکتشافی انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل استادان و خبرگان آموزش تربیت‌بدنی و مدیریت آموزشی بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری و تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون و با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">MAXQDA</span><span lang="AR-SA"> انجام شد و کدها، مضامین پایه، سازمان‌دهنده و فراگیر استخراج گردید. نتایج نشان داد مدیریت کلاس اثر‌بخش مبتنی بر فناوری پدیده‌ای چندبعدی است که شامل یادگیری ترکیبی و آموزش آنلاین، زیرساخت‌ها و ابزارهای فناورانه، تعامل فناورانه استاد</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">–</span><span lang="AR-SA">دانشجو، ارزشیابی و بازخورد الکترونیکی، تسهیل مشارکت فعال دانشجویان، مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی کلاس، پایش و تحلیل داده‌های یادگیری و توجه به امنیت و اخلاق در استفاده از فناوری می‌شود. این ابعاد در تعامل با یکدیگر به بهبود کیفیت کلاس‌های عملی، افزایش مشارکت و انگیزه دانشجویان و ارتقای اثربخشی آموزشی منجر می‌شوند. مدیریت کلاس فناورانه در آموزش تربیت‌بدنی مستلزم نگاهی کل‌نگر است که در آن فناوری، شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای استاد، تعاملات آموزشی و ملاحظات اخلاقی به‌صورت یکپارچه مدنظر قرار گیرند.</span></p> https://www.journalcbl.com/index.php/jcbl/article/download/350/365
