Journal Article 1404/02/02 <p><strong> </strong></p> <p class="ABSTRACT" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; line-height: 115%;">This study aimed to develop and validate a storytelling package grounded in ancient Persian tales and to examine its effectiveness in improving the verbal cognitive and social skills of slow-learning children in the first grade of elementary school. A sequential mixed-methods design was employed; in the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews with purposive sampling were conducted with 10 experts in educational psychology and children’s literature until theoretical saturation, and the data were analyzed using thematic analysis; in the quantitative phase, 30 slow-learning students were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups, with the experimental group receiving a 30-session (45-minute) storytelling intervention based on selected tales from Kalila wa Dimna; instruments included the Test of Language Development-Primary:3 (TOLD-P:3), the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-V), and the Gresham and Elliott Social Skills Questionnaire (1990), and data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance. MANCOVA results indicated that the storytelling package produced significant improvements in verbal skill components (picture vocabulary, relational vocabulary, oral vocabulary, grammatical comprehension, sentence imitation, and grammatical completion) and social skill components (self-control, empathy, assertiveness, and cooperation) in the experimental group compared with the control group (p&lt;0.05), with moderate to relatively large effect sizes. A culturally grounded storytelling package based on ancient Persian tales constitutes an effective and feasible educational intervention for enhancing verbal and social competencies among slow-learning children.</span></p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین و اعتباریابی یک بسته قصه‌گویی مبتنی بر قصه‌های کهن ایرانی و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر بهبود مهارت‌های شناختی کلامی و اجتماعی کودکان دیرآموز دوره اول ابتدایی بود. پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته متوالی (کیفی–کمی) انجام شد؛ در بخش کیفی، با مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، دیدگاه‌های ۱۰ نفر از متخصصان روان‌شناسی تربیتی و ادبیات کودک تا اشباع نظری گردآوری و با تحلیل مضمون بررسی شد؛ در بخش کمی، ۳۰ دانش‌آموز دیرآموز به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند و گروه آزمایش طی ۳۰ جلسه ۴۵ دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش بسته قصه‌گویی مبتنی بر قصه‌های کهن (برگرفته از کلیله و دمنه) قرار گرفت؛ ابزارها شامل آزمون رشد زبان TOLD-P:3، مقیاس هوش وکسلر کودکان (WISC-V) و پرسشنامه مهارت‌های اجتماعی گرشام و الیوت (1990) بود و داده‌ها با تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شد. نتایج مانکوا نشان داد آموزش بسته قصه‌گویی به‌طور معناداری موجب بهبود مؤلفه‌های مهارت‌های کلامی (واژگان تصویری، واژگان ربطی، واژگان شفاهی، درک دستوری، تقلید جمله و تکمیل دستوری) و مهارت‌های اجتماعی (خودکنترلی، همدلی، ابراز وجود و همکاری) در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه شد (p&lt;0.05) و اندازه اثرها در دامنه متوسط تا نسبتاً بالا قرار داشت. بسته قصه‌گویی مبتنی بر قصه‌های کهن ایرانی، مداخله‌ای مؤثر، فرهنگ‌محور و قابل اجرا در محیط‌های آموزشی است که می‌تواند به ارتقای مهارت‌های کلامی و اجتماعی کودکان دیرآموز کمک کند.</p> https://www.journalcbl.com/index.php/jcbl/article/download/293/204
