This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and using a structured data-based qualitative content analysis method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 21 experts in the fields of education, moral education, and educational psychology. Data analysis was conducted in three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. Also, for greater richness, the meta-synthesis technique was used to review theoretical texts and previous research, and the validity and reliability of the findings were ensured using qualitative indicators such as confirmability, transferability, and test-retest. The research findings showed that students' moral competence consists of six main themes including values and attitudes, social skills, educational strategies, teachers' status, media literacy, and challenge recognition. Also, four categories of causal, contextual, interventional, and consequential factors were identified, each of which plays an effective role in promoting these competencies. The results indicate that moral competence is a multidimensional phenomenon and depends on the interaction between educational institutions, family, media, and society. According to the findings of this study, designing integrated educational policies, empowering teachers, involving parents, and reviewing curriculum content can pave the way for promoting students' moral competencies. Also, taking advantage of experiential learning opportunities, increasing media literacy, and creating institutional coordination are essential for achieving the goals of moral education.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و ابعاد شایستگی‌های اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان با تأکید بر عوامل علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌ای و پیامدهای ناشی از آن‌ها است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی از نوع داده‌بنیاد ساختاریافته انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۲۱ نفر از خبرگان حوزه آموزش و پرورش، تربیت اخلاقی و روان‌شناسی تربیتی گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت. همچنین به‌منظور غنای بیشتر، از تکنیک فراترکیب برای بررسی متون نظری و پژوهش‌های پیشین استفاده شد و اعتبار و پایایی یافته‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های کیفی نظیر تأییدپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری و بازآزمون تضمین گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد شایستگی اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان متشکل از شش مضمون اصلی شامل ارزش‌ها و نگرش‌ها، مهارت‌های اجتماعی، راهبردهای تربیتی، جایگاه معلمان، سواد رسانه‌ای و چالش‌شناسی است. همچنین چهار دسته عامل علّی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌ای و پیامدی شناسایی شد که هرکدام نقش مؤثری در ارتقای این شایستگی‌ها ایفا می‌کنند. نتایج بیانگر آن است که شایستگی اخلاقی پدیده‌ای چندبعدی و وابسته به تعامل میان نهادهای آموزشی، خانواده، رسانه و جامعه است. با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش، طراحی سیاست‌های آموزشی یکپارچه، توانمندسازی معلمان، مشارکت والدین، و بازنگری در محتوای درسی می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز ارتقای شایستگی‌های اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان گردد. همچنین بهره‌گیری از فرصت‌های یادگیری تجربه‌محور، افزایش سواد رسانه‌ای، و ایجاد هماهنگی نهادی، برای تحقق اهداف تربیت اخلاقی ضروری است.</p> https://www.journalcbl.com/index.php/jcbl/article/download/218/165
