Journal Article 2025 01 10 <p>This study was conducted with the aim of designing and validating a skills-based curriculum model for high school students in the theoretical stream. The objective of the research was to identify the necessities, theoretical foundations, and key components of skills-based curricula. Additionally, the study emphasized the importance of creating the necessary conditions to empower students for entry into society and the labor market. The research followed a qualitative approach and employed the conventional content analysis method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with faculty members specializing in education and through the analysis of relevant documents. The target population consisted of faculty members from departments of educational sciences at universities and higher education centers. Purposeful sampling was used, and the sample size was determined based on the principle of data saturation. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, with each session lasting between 50 and 60 minutes. Data analysis involved initial coding and the extraction of key concepts through conventional content analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the necessity of designing a skills-based curriculum includes 41 concepts, 9 subcategories, and 5 main categories. The main categories are: the status and necessity of skills-based education, operational feasibility, theoretical and practical foundations, students’ competencies and qualifications, and the features of an optimal educational program. The objectives of this curriculum include familiarization with occupational skills and the labor market, fostering creativity, enhancing motivation, and empowering students to enter society and the workforce. The results demonstrate that skills-based curricula for the theoretical stream in high school should emphasize the use of innovative and practical teaching methods. Designing a practical skills-based curriculum grounded in both theoretical and practical foundations can enhance students’ competencies and better prepare them for successful integration into the labor market and society.</p> <p>این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی برنامه درسی مهارت‌آموزی برای دانش‌آموزان دوره متوسطه نظری انجام شد. هدف پژوهش، شناسایی ضرورت‌ها، مبانی نظری، و مؤلفه‌های کلیدی در برنامه‌های درسی مهارت‌آموزی بود. همچنین، پژوهش بر اهمیت فراهم‌سازی شرایط لازم برای توانمندسازی دانش‌آموزان به منظور ورود به جامعه و بازار کار تأکید دارد. این پژوهش رویکردی کیفی داشت و از روش تحقیق تحلیل محتوای قراردادی استفاده شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با اعضای هیئت علمی متخصص در حوزه تعلیم و تربیت و تحلیل اسناد مرتبط جمع‌آوری شد. جامعه هدف شامل اعضای هیئت علمی گروه علوم تربیتی دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی بود. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند انجام شد و حجم نمونه بر اساس اصل اشباع داده‌ها تعیین گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود که مدت زمان هر مصاحبه بین 50 تا 60 دقیقه بود. تحلیل داده‌ها شامل کدگذاری اولیه و استخراج مفاهیم کلیدی از طریق تحلیل محتوای قراردادی صورت گرفت. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد ضرورت طراحی برنامه درسی مهارت‌آموزی شامل 41 مفهوم، 9 مقوله فرعی و 5 مقوله اصلی است. مقوله‌های اصلی عبارتند از: جایگاه و ضرورت برنامه مهارت‌آموزی، عملیاتی بودن، مبانی نظری و عملی، صلاحیت‌ها و شایستگی‌های دانش‌آموزان، و برنامه مطلوب آموزشی. اهداف این برنامه شامل آشنایی با مهارت‌های شغلی و بازار کار، پرورش خلاقیت، ایجاد انگیزه، و توانمندسازی دانش‌آموزان برای ورود به جامعه و بازار کار بود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که برنامه‌های درسی مهارت‌آموزی برای دوره متوسطه نظری باید بر استفاده از روش‌های نوین آموزشی و کاربردی تمرکز داشته باشد. طراحی یک برنامه درسی مهارت‌آموزی عملیاتی و مبتنی بر مبانی نظری و عملی می‌تواند به افزایش صلاحیت‌ها و شایستگی‌های دانش‌آموزان کمک کند و آن‌ها را برای ورود به بازار کار و جامعه بهتر آماده سازد.</p> https://www.journalcbl.com/index.php/jcbl/article/download/160/108
